Just as promised, LG has just unvield a set of 3 smartphones in India, under a brand new W-Series. Of the three, the higher variant of them is the W30 Pro, which runs on a more powerful Octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon CPU. The remaining two are powered by MediaTek’s Helio P22.

Display wise, the three devices have between 6.19 inch display to 6.26-inch display, with 720 x 1512 HD+ resolution display, with a notch. The three smartphones also run on Android 9.0 (Pie) out of the box, and comes with a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner and a large 4000mAh battery.

There key difference between the trio lies in their CPUs; The LG W10 and W30 are powered by MediaTek Helio P22 SoC with 3GB of RAM, while the W30 Pro is powered by Snapdragon 632 with 4GB of RAM. 

According to the company, the W30 Pro also has StereoPulse Sound that uses internal space of the smartphone as a resonance chamber to deliver double the bass of conventional smartphones even without the need for external speaker.

LG W10, LG W30 and W30 Pro

The LG W30 and the W30 Pro feature a triple camera module with three different lenses: Low light camera, Depth and Wide angle camera. Along with triple camera, these sensors also sport various modes such as normal, night mode, portrait, slow motion and wide angle. There’s also a larger 16-megapixel front-facing camera on the LG W30 and the W30 Pro.

However, on the LG W10, you are only getting a dual rear camera sensors, comprising of 13MP + 5MP main sensors and a single 8MP front-facing sensor.

Pricing and Availability

  1. The LG W10 is priced at $130, and available in Tulip Purple and Smokey Grey color.
  2. The LG W30 is priced at $144, and comes in Thunder Blue, Platinum Grey and Aurora Green colors
  3. While the LG W30 Pro comes in Pine Green, Denim Blue, and Black colors.

The LG W10 and the W30 will be available via Amazon India starting July 3rd, while the W30 Pro is expected to follow suit afterwards.
