OPPO has been discreet about their new smartphone with model number PEXM00. They have been preparing to officially launch their Reno 6 series lineup with model numbers; PEPM00, PEXM00, and PDNM00.

The PEXM00 model has only recently received the TENAA certification from China. And just today, in a visit to the Geekbench benchmarking platform, OPPO revealed that the phone would be an upper mid-range smartphone.

The smartphone will run Android 11 out of the box with ColorOS 11 UI on the software front. The OPPO PEXM00 phone is evidently powered by a Qualcomm chip that has codename as “lito.”The Reno 6 managed to pull off 3167 and 7500 points in the single-core and multi-core test of the Geekbench test result. And that’s all the details we can deduce from the preliminary Geekbench results.

The OPPO PEXM00 chipset base frequency has been said to be 1.80GHz and has a source code of the Geekbench. The Soc feature Adreno 620 GPU was listed, and we can deduce that the OPPO PEXM00 smartphone may or may not be powered by either the Snapdragon 765 or the Snapdragon 768.
There have been reports that the OPPO PEXM00 smartphone is a 5G phone.

It is rumored to have an AMOLED screen of 6.43 inches and a waterdrop notch with a 32-megapixel front camera. It also has a 64-megapixel triple camera at the rear of the phone. Dimension-wise, the phone could measure 159.1 x 73.4 x 7.9mm. As revealed by the TENAA certification, the device may be coming with a 4200mAh battery with a 65W fast-charging support.

We expect more revelations since they revealed the Snapdragon 765/768G chip and the 8GB RAM. Now that the 3C certification has been received, we expect that OPPO will soon release the official launch date for the OPPO PEXM00.
