Gionee X50 belong to a new range of Gionee smartphones. With the X50, Gionee is trying to focus on it own design language while trying to maintain an overall look reminiscent with other 2020 flagship phones. Although the outward looks different, but the internal specs are not far from what we saw on the Gionee M12 Pro launched earlier. It even come with same 6.21-inches screen with 720 x 1520 pixels resolution, as well as a dewdrop notch overhead.
On the inside, the Gionee X50 run on the MediaTek Helio P60 CPU, which has 4×2.0 GHz Cortex-A73 and 4×2.0 GHz Cortex-A53 CPUs, along with Mali-G72 GPU. The device is available in two storage options; a 6GB RAM with 64GB ROM, or 8GB RAM pegged with 128GB ROM.
Even though we can see four camera modules, the listing says the X50 has three camera modules at the back. This includes a 16-megapixel main snapper along with two other auxiliary lenses, while a single 13-megapixel lens is used in the notch upfront.
The device has a side mounted fingerprint scanner and come with USB Type-C. It is available in Light Blue and Pink color, offer dual Nano-SIM with 4G LTE network, has 3900mAh battery and run Google Android 7.1 out of the box.
