please what’s the problem with my phone i was putting my pin to unlock but it didn’t allow even when i managed to bypass the pin on restart is just saying Phone is Starting …. for hours please what can i do ?
I received this phone from US for almost a year now and I’ve roam everywhere just to get the phone changed from 2g to 4g and it’s not working, meanwhile the specs clearly indicated it as a 4g phone, what’s going on, can someone help?
Hello Francis….Yes, you are right, the V9 is surely a 4G phone. But the 4G network is meant for US carriers such as AT&T, Cricket, H2O Wireless, Net10, Simple Mobile, T-Mobile, etc, and may not work well on other network. Please check the network section and be sure your carrier support those 3G/4G band, else, you won’t be able to use 3G/4G in Nigeria. Hope this helps!
