Just recently, the Japanese tech manufacturer, Tenku Co., Ltd., made the announcement on their website showing the various renders, specifications and features of their incoming device.

The company will soon launch a 10.1-inch portable gaming PC dubbed The GPD WIN Max 2, and this will first come on board in Japan. The device is a very interesting new model that can be used for perfect gaming experience.

The GPD WIN Max 2 is a laptop-style model. Its main body adopts a unibody design that is all made of aluminum material. The GPD WIN Max 2gaming device is heavy. It weighs over 1kg.

The new portable gaming PC display is 1920×1200 which is the set default display, but depending on the application you’re using, there are cases where higher resolution is better.

GPD WIN Max 2 is said to come equipped with the latest AMD Ryzen 7 6800U CPU installed, and the GPU to be installed is AMD Radeon 680M, which seems to be quite powerful. It also has a fingerprint scanner on the power button.

The GPD WIN Max 2 is a laptop-style model device. The keyboard is a full QWERTY keyboard with backlight. It seems to be more cramped than a normal keyboard, but once you get used to it, you can enter characters relatively well.

It comes with a controller that has buttons which can be customized on the back and analog trigger buttons on the corners, so you won’t have to worry about the number of buttons. It also has a gyro sensor.

The GPD WIN Max 2 interface is very well complete. It is Thunderbolt 4 supported. It also comes with a card reader which is a specification that sticks not only to Micro-SD but also to SD-cards.

GPD WIN Max 2 availability and pricing

The device will come in two options; one will support 4G LTE, whereas the other will not. Well, it’s nice to be able to choose the 4G LTE model if you want to connect to the network quickly anywhere.  The device will be released in October, 2022.

The pricing variants are as follows: The model without the 4G LTE comes with memory 16GB RAM + 1TB, and will cost 167,400 yen ($1237.75), whereas the memory 32GB RAM + 2TB will cost 185,900 yen ($1374.54).

On the other hand, the 4G LTE model that comes with memory 16GB RAM + 1TB will cost 167,400 yen ($1237.75), and the memory 32GB RAM + 2TB will cost 181,400 yen ($1341.26).
