Realme, via it official Kenyan Twitter handle has confirmed the release of it entry-level smartphone, the Realme 30s in the Kenyan market. The company revealed that it will bring the pocket friendly smartphone to the country on the 10th of November, which is less than a week from today.

The official pricing of the device is yet to be revealed, but rumor has it that the phone might costs between 11,000 to 13,400 Kenyan Shilling, and considering the inherent specifications, it means the upcoming realme device will go head to head with the likes of Infinix Smart 6 4G, Redmi A1 Plus and iTel’s latest S18 4G smartphone.

Talking about specs, the Realme 30s will come with a 6.5-inches screen with an octa-core UNISOC SC9863A CPU under the hood. The phone will run Google Android 12 with Realme GO UI out of the box. It will have a singular 5 and 8 megapixel lenses on the front and back respectively.

You may also expect storage option ranging from 2GB RAM with 32GB ROM, all the way to 4GB RAM, pegged with 64GB ROM. The phone will also offer a rear fingerprint scanner, come with dual SIM with 4G LTE network support, and will be fueled by a 5000mAh battery with the aforementioned Android 12 (Go Edition) out of the box.

Other details that are yet to be known, like the exact pricing of the phone, should be revealed during the social media launch event, which will take place on the 10th of November.
