UMIDIGI G2 Highlights and Overview
This is UMIDIGI G2, the direct successor to the company’s G1-series. It comes with a compact screen and is powered by a quad-core MediaTek CPU. The display on the front is a 6.52-inches screen with a dewdrop notch on the head. It is an IPS panel, featuring 720 x 1600 pixels.
On the inside, the UMIDIGI G2 is powered by the Helio A22 quad-core CPU from MediaTek. This chipset is clocked at 2.0GHz, and it is backed by PowerVR GE8320 GPU, 3GB RAM, and 32 gigs of expandable internal storage.
Coming to the camera department, the G2 is given two camera lenses on the rear. These include a 13-megapixel main sensor, along with a 2-megapixel depth lens. There is also an LED flash on the rear, while the selfie camera is capped at 5 megapixels.
Like its predecessor, the G2 support FaceID, but does not have a fingerprint scanner anywhere. Interestingly, the phone is based on Google’s latest Android 13, and it is given a 5150mAh battery with 10W fast charger out of the box. The table below contains the full specifications of the UMIDIGI G2 smartphone.
