OPPO has just launched two smartphones, the Find X6 and Find X6 Pro, the company’s direct successor to the Find X5-series. The two new comers boast impressive specifications and features, offering AMOLED displays and Google’s latest Android 13 with ColorOS 13.1 out of the box.
OPPO Find X6
The OPPO Find X6 features a 6.74-inch 1.5K display with a 120Hz refresh rate, a 360Hz touch sampling rate, and up to 1450 nits brightness. It is powered by an Octa-Core Dimensity 9200 4nm processor with Immortalis-G715 11-core GPU, paired with 12GB or 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 4.0 storage.
The smartphone is equipped with a triple rear camera setup, which includes a 50MP primary sensor, a 50MP ultra-wide-angle sensor, and a 50MP periscope telephoto sensor. The front camera is a 32MP sensor, and the phone has an in-display fingerprint sensor for security. It is also dust and splash resistant with an IP64 rating.
OPPO Find X6 Pro
The OPPO Find X6 Pro, on the other hand, features a larger 6.82-inch Quad HD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate and up to 2500 nits brightness. It is powered by an Octa-Core Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 4nm Mobile Platform with Adreno 740 GPU, paired with 12GB or 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 4.0 storage.
The smartphone has the same triple rear camera setup as the OPPO Find X6, and also includes a 32MP front camera and an in-display fingerprint sensor. The OPPO Find X6 Pro is dust and water resistant with an IP68 rating and has a larger 5000mAh battery with 100W SuperVOOC fast charging and 50W Qi wireless charging.
Pricing and availability
The OPPO Find X6 is priced at 4,499 yuan (or $654) for the 12GB + 256GB model and 4,999 yuan (or $725) for the 16GB + 512GB model.
The Find X6 Pro on the other hand is priced at 5,999 yuan ( or $872) for the 12GB + 256GB model, 6,499 yuan (or $945) for the 16GB + 256GB model, while the 16GB RAM with 512GB ROM is set at 6,999 yuan, (an equivalent of $1018).
The vanilla Find X6 comes in Black, Green, and Gold, while the Find X6 Pro is available in Black, Green, and Brown. Both smartphones will go on sale in China from March 24th. However, there is no word yet on their global rollout.
