Meizu has unveiled the imaging system of its upcoming flagship smartphone, the Meizu 21, and it’s a game-changer. The phone will house a 200-megapixel instant flagship imaging system developed in collaboration with Samsung.
As per the reports, the Meizu 21 which will succeed the Meizu 20, will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor and equipped with a specially-tuned Samsung ISOCELL 200-megapixel sensor.
This combination reportedly delivers imaging speeds 40% faster than the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, making it the industry’s most responsive 200-megapixel imaging system.
Beyond its impressive imaging capabilities, the Meizu 21 packs a host of other premium features. The phone will use an ultrasonic fingerprint 2.0 technology to deliver faster unlocking time.
It will also come with Samsung’s new OLED direct screen with 1920Hz high-frequency dimming, SGS low blue light certification, and no stroboscopic certification for a comfortable viewing experience.
Additionally, the Meizu 21 will be equipped with an mEngine Ultra motor for enhanced haptic feedback, a powerful Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor for seamless performance, the One Mind 10.5 intelligent thinking engine for optimized power efficiency, and a 4800mAh battery.
Not just that, the Meizu 21 has also been rumored to offer the tiniest bezels of all flagship smartphones to date. The bezels are said to be tinier than those on the iPhone 15 Pro and the recently announced Xiaomi 14 Pro smartphones.
The Meizu 21 mobile phone has been confirmed to launch on the 30th of November in China. This is about 3-days from today, so stay tuned for a full update on the launch event.
