HiSense Infinity E40 Highlights and Overview
The HiSense Infinity E40 is the direct successor to the Infinity E30 launched back in 2019. Instead of the 5.99-inches display in the older E30, the new Hisense E40 comes in a 6.52-inch HD+ display, with 720 x 1600 pixels resolutions. The device is using 20:9 aspect ratio, and has a waterdrop notch above the screen, housing the selfie camera.
Specifications wise, you are getting a 1.6GHz Octa-core Spreadtrum UniSoC SC9863A CPU, along with PowerVR GE8322 GPU. It has 2GB RAM and 32GB internal storage, expandable up to 128 GB via microSD card.
At the back, there is a triple rear camera sensors, a combination of 13 MP + 5 MP + 2 MP main camera, along with F/2.0 aperture, and a single LED flash. While a single 13-megapixel selfie sensor seats in the overhead notch.

my phone just closes up any time and takes time to come back either using the sensor(my finger) or long pressing the on/off button. Is this normal/ok?
