iTel A33 Highlights and Overview
The iTel A33 is a very basic featured packed, yet affordable smartphone from iTel. The device is similar to the iTel A16 Plus, except for the presence of a rear fingerprint scanner, which iTel claims can perform 8 functions on the smartphone.
Specification wise, the device features a 5-inch display with a screen resolution of 480 x 854 pixels and runs on Android v8.1 (Oreo: Go Edition). Powering the device is a Quad core, 1.3 GHz MediaTek MT6580A processor paired with 1 GB of RAM and an expandable 8GB internal storage.
The camera department includes a 5 MP main camera and a 2 MP front facing shooter, with a single LED flash on both side. You get a 2200 mAh battery, support for dual 3G SIMs, Bluetooth 4.0 and the aforementioned Android 8.1 (Oroe, Go Edition).

I purchased an itel A33 android phone some few days ago and If I want send a message, the phone does not display the keyboard on the screen. What can be done to rectify this?

Hello Tope, am a user like you, i also bought the phone though on different platform. It truely doesn’t open PDF docs but the screen shot feature works. To screen shot, press the volume down and power button together and to screen record, press the volume up and power button. It works
Hello Ola, I am also a user. Based on your advice about the screen record feature, I tried to record my activities too. Although the screen record feature worked, it only recorded the video, not the audio. Please, is this how this feature works, or is it a problem limited to my phone only? Thanks

Most awful phone I’ve ever used. It should be sold for 1$. Incomining calls, phone goes blank and no where to click to restore back and answer phone. Throwing the pjone away cos it’s not useful. Atel is cancelled for life!

The phone seems not to be computer friendly. I connected the phone to my PC through a USB Cord but it’s internal storage and SD storage is not visible on my PC. I couldn’t print my document on the phone until I borrowed another person’s phone to solve my problem. Is there solution for this?

worst phone ever. i wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy this phone. not ideal if you stay in hot areas, the phone is soo temperature sensitive and doesn’t work on hot days
