The Tecno Camon 16 Pro is a cheaper version of the Camon 16 Premier. The unit is based on Helio G70, but has same pill-notch like the Premier, but with a reduced 6.8-inch IPS display with a resolution of 720 x 1640 pixels and a dual selfie snapper with dual LED upfront.
The Camon 16 Pro run on Mediatek Helio G70 CPU. It has a dual-core 2.0GHz Cortex-A75 and hexa-core 1.7GHz Cortex-A55 CPUs, along with Mali-G52 GPU, assisted by 6GB RAM and 128GB of internal storage.
On the camera department, the Tecno Camon 16 Pro comes with four camera modules at the back. The main sensor is a 64-megapixel unit featuring PDAF and F/1.8 aperture, pegged with 8-megapixel wide lens, 2-megapixel macro snapper and a fourth QVGA -megapixel depth lens, while a dual 16 MP + QVGA selfie snappers are held in the pill-notch upfront
The device comes with a fingerprint sensor at the back, has 3-in-1 slot for dual 4G VoLTE SIMs and upto 256GB SD-card. I would go for the tecno camon 16 pro simply because of its camera specs and the helio G70 chipset that it uses. Good design and battery power as well.
Tecno phones are actually not that well known but are secretly quite good. their integration with mediatek chipsets makes them even better I feel.
