Tecno Pouvoir 3 Air Highlights and Overview
The Tecno Pouvoir 3 Air is the smaller version of the Pouvior 3, featuring a large 6.0-inch display with 480 x 960 pixels resolution, and same 5000mah battery. Obviously the Tecno Pouvoir 3 Air is targeted at midrange power hungry smartphone users, thanks to the built-in 5000mah battery, which Tecno promise to for a whole 96 hours (4-days).
Specification wise, the device is powered by a Quad-core MediaTek MT6761 Helio A22 CPU clocked at 2.0 GHz, along with PowerVR GE8300 GPU, 1GB of RAM and 16GB internal storage, expandable up to 128GB via microSD card. Interestingly, the Pouvoir 3 Air has support for 4G LTE network on both it Nano-SIM cards.
On the camera department, you are getting a single 8MP sensors at the back and front of the device, with single LED flash on both sides, with support for AI features and FaceID.
Out of the box, Tecno preloaded the Pouvoir 3 Air with the latest Android 9.0 (Pie; Go Edition). There’s also a rear-placed fingerprint scanner, and the aforementioned 5000mah battery. Other key specifications and silent features of the Tecno Pouvoir 3 Air are detailed in the table below.

There’s a little SIM ejector pin in the pack, slid it into a little hole at the side of the device to eject the SIM. Please read your manual for proper guidance.

Since you just got the device, you should let some apps like Google play store and Google play services auto-update. You could also try updating them manually from your apps on playstore.
***just a side note: try confirm your phone is original
How will you know if the phone is original
Where you bought the phone is number one key to knowing the originality. Alternatively, you could try comparing the phones specs with what is written here.

Please i misplaced the little injector pin for opening the sim and sd card space, is there any other object i can use to open that side or how can i open it?
Use any pin that can fit into that tiny hole, and the SIM will still eject. You can use SIM ejector of another smartphone, or simply use needle. However, as tempting as it might be, you might want to avoid the use of broom stick, or similar breakable objects.
Is the battery good
The phone is cool but I’m not able to transfer from it’s internal memory to SD card to clear space. Any help?
Go to xender, click on the menu, a dialog list will come up, go to setting, click on it, it will take you to download to SD or phone memory, click on SD card, then you click save

I might not understand fully what you mean. But it a normal thing for your music to get pause when a call comes in, and then resumes immediately after the call. But if what you mean is that the music doesn’t resume after call, the you should try another music player in that case. Google music app is a great alternative bro

I had the same problem but the solution is simply the message center of the phone. Reset it and you will be fine
The phone is very wonderful. But if people are calling me it won’t show after just a second it will display miss call. The person calling me it will tell the person user busy. What could have been the cause. I have tried every setting I know. Pls help me

It because Glo 4G is on network band 28, which is absent in the Pouvoir 3 Air, so there’s nothing you can do.

Try this:
1. Find and tap Phone default dialer app, NOTE Truecaller!
2. Type *#*#4636#*#*.
3. Tap Phone information 1 or Phone information 2 (if your using dual SIM)
4. Scroll down to SMSC.
5. Enter the correct SMSC number in the input field, then tap Update.
