I just bought this phone for my wife on Saturday 16th March, 2019 but on the same day noticed that the phone is malfunctioning. If we try to store contacs the phone will switch off . secondly the light flashes on and off intermittently like every one hour. I had to return it today and was given another one. Again, the phone trips off in the middle of inputting contacts or writing SMS. I feel rather frustrated at what I bought with my money. I don't like the ring tones and no option for me to put a ring tone of my choice. Please someone help. Techno did not get this one right. Thanks
Indeed, the only wonderful thing about this phone is its battery. Aside that, ITEL has proven 10 times better. The Java support is very poor and low. It has about 200KB and not the 16MB you claim it has.

T484 switch problem. The phone is on as soon as put battery before I on. If I on it refuse to on. What is the problem?.
