That Samsung is working on the Galaxy A34 and the Galaxy A54 is no longer a news. But the question is when is the A34 and the A54 arriving in the market? Well, that we don’t know yet. What we do know however, are some of the specification to expect from both devices, and in this article, we will be focusing on how the A34 differs from the A54.
Based on what we’ve seen so far, here are the specs of both devices, and how one differs from the other. Both phones will come with a 5000mAh battery that supports 25W charging, NFC, and IP67 rating, and will run on Android 13 with One UI 5.
The Galaxy A54 will feature a 6.4-inch 120Hz AMOLED display with Full HD+ resolution, an Exynos 1380 chipset, and will be available in 8/128 or 8/256 GB storage options.
The front camera of the A54 will be housed in a hole-punch cutout, and will have a 32-megapixel resolution. The rear camera setup will include a 50-megapixel main sensor, a 12-megapixel wide lens, and a 5-megapixel macro lens.
On the other hand, the Galaxy A34 will feature a 6.6-inch 120Hz AMOLED display with the same Full HD+ resolution of 2340 x 1080 pixels. It will be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 1080 chipset, and will come with 6/128 and 8/256 GB storage options.
The front camera of the A34 will be housed in a “drop” notch, and will have a 13-megapixel resolution. The rear camera setup will include a 48-megapixel main sensor, an 8-megapixel wide lens, and a 5-megapixel macro lens.
It should be noted that the dimensions and weight of the Galaxy A54 are not yet known, while the Galaxy A34 is expected to be 161.3 x 78.1 x 8.2 mm and weigh 199 g. The Galaxy A34 is expected to be priced between 400-500 euros, while the Galaxy A54 is expected to be priced between 500-600 euros. The announcement of both models is expected soon.
