Huawei is reportedly planning to launch two new products powered by its own Kirin chips. The Huawei Watch GT4 watch and the Huawei FreeBuds Pro3 earphones are expected to be released in the coming months.
The Huawei Watch GT4 will be available in two sizes, 41mm and 46mm, and will come in a variety of colors, including white, silver, black, green, and brown. The watch will also have an ULTIMATE DESIGN version that will be made with premium materials, such as a black gold-inlaid amorphous zirconium case and a gold titanium strap.
The Huawei FreeBuds Pro3 earphones will be available in four colors: white, silver, blue, and green. The earphones will support up to 48kHz / 24bit 1.5Mbps lossless sound quality and will also have a number of other features, such as Silent Call 2.0, HD Spatial Audio 2.0, and Smart Dynamic Noise Reduction 3.0.
The news of the Huawei Watch GT4 and FreeBuds Pro3 being powered by Kirin chips comes after the recent launch of the Huawei Mate 60 Pro smartphone, which also uses a Kirin chip. This suggests that Huawei is still committed to developing its own chips, despite the US sanctions that have made it difficult for the company to acquire certain components.
The launch date of the Huawei Watch GT4 and FreeBuds Pro3 has not yet been announced, but they are expected to be released in the coming months.
In addition to the Watch GT4 and FreeBuds Pro3, blogger @digitalchatstation also revealed that Huawei is working on a new tablet that will be powered by a Kirin chip. However, the launch date of this tablet is still uncertain.
