Infinix kickstart it Hot 30 smartphone lineup; unveils Hot 30i with Helio G37 CPU

Infinix has just kickstarted its Hot 30-series, and the first smartphone launched under the series is the Hot 30i, offering specifications that are very similar to the vanilla Spark 10 smartphone from Tecno.

What you should know about Infinix Hot 30i

The phone is the direct successor to the Hot 20i of last year, and it boasts a 6.6-inch HD+ screen, with 90Hz refresh and a peak brightness of 500 nits. The device is powered by a MediaTek Helio G37 SoC.

So far, the Hot 30i is available only in a single 8GB RAM version that offers an additional 8GB of virtual RAM, allowing the device to switch between 18+ apps with ease.

The phone packs a 50MP rear camera, a secondary AI lens, and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. Additionally, it boasts a 5000mAh battery with a 10W charger.

The phone’s frontal LCD screen has a 180Hz touch sampling rate and it is protected by Panda Glass. It runs on Android 12 with XOS 12 and comes in a 164 × 75.75 × 8.4 mm body while weighing about 191 grams. It also features a 5MP front camera with Dual LED flash.

Other features of the Infinix Hot 30i include a 3.5mm audio jack, DTS audio, dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5.1, GPS + GLONASS, and USB Type-C. The device also supports expandable memory of up to 1TB with microSD.

Pricing and availability of Infinix Hot 30i

The Infinix Hot 30i is available in Glacier Blue and Mirror Black colors. It will go on sale in India from April 3rd at an introductory price of Rs. 10,499, which is the equivalent of USD 110.
