The Realme 9i with the Snapdragon 680 SoC was launched by Realme sometime early this year, precisely in January. Not too long after that, the Realme company is all set again to unveil its 5Gmodel.
The Realme 9i 5G will be revealed at an event in India on August 18, 11:30AM local time. The Realme 9i 5G smartphone will be equipped by the Dimensity 810 chipset. The 9i 5G is being marketed as the 5G Rockstar in India.
The 9i 5G is an upgraded version of the base model and it has 5G network compatibility. It also comes with a triple camera setup at the back and flaunting a laser light design. But unlike the 4G, the Realme 9i 5G’s rear cameras are not placed inside a camera island, and due to the flat design, these features appear to be protruding more.
There is a power button on the right side of the Realme 9i 5G smartphone. Realme has also incorporated a fingerprint scanner into the power button for maximum security.
