For the past few days, we have been hearing rumors about the Samsung Galaxy W20, now it’s been referred to as the Galaxy W20 5G which means it will come with 5G network.
Speculations had it to be the 5G variant of the Samsung Galaxy Fold, since this is the 5G variant of the Galaxy Fold, you can tell that the Galaxy Fold doesn’t support 5G.
Samsung noticed that we are heading to 2020 so they decided to produce the 5G variant of the Galaxy Fold dubbed Galaxy W20. The smartphone was listed on TENAA today which reveals some specs highlight of the phone.
As per the TENAA listing, the Samsung Galaxy W20 5G has a dimensions of 160.9×117.9×6.9mm and the Galaxy Fold too has the exact dimensions, there is also a secondary screen which has a size of 4.7inches. It is only in battery that the W20 5G is inferior to the Galaxy Fold.
The W20 5G comes with a 4,135mAh battery while the Galaxy Fold comes with a 4,380mAh battery, only 245mAh lower than the Galaxy Fold.
The previous Galaxy Fold has gained so much popularity in China, since the W20 5G will be the 5G variant of the Galaxy Fold, Samsung might sell a large number of W20 5G units after launch.
The announcement will be on November 19 but no detail about the price is known, however, it might remain exclusive to China Telecom.
