Tecno is expected to launch two new smartphones in the Spark series very soon, the Spark 20C and the Spark 20. While the company has not yet officially announced these devices, a recent leak has revealed their detailed specifications and pricing.
Tecno Spark 20C
The Tecno Spark 20C is the more affordable of the two devices. It is expected to feature a 6.56-inch IPS LCD display with a 720 x 1612 resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate.
The phone will be powered by the MediaTek Helio G36 chipset, paired with 4GB or 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage.
On the back, the Spark 20C will have a dual camera system consisting of a 50MP main sensor and a QVGA depth sensor. The front-facing camera will be an 8MP sensor.
Other features of the Spark 20C include a 5000mAh battery with 18W fast charging, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, and NFC support. The phone will run on Android 13 with HiOS v13.x out of the box.
Tecno Spark 20
The Tecno Spark 20 is the more powerful of the two devices. It is expected to feature a 6.56-inch IPS LCD display with the same resolution and refresh rate as the Spark 20C.
However, the Spark 20 will be powered by the more powerful MediaTek Helio G85 chipset.
The Spark 20 will also have a better camera system than the Spark 20C. The rear camera will consist of a 50MP main sensor and a QVGA depth sensor, while the front-facing camera will be a 32MP sensor.
Other features of the Spark 20 include a 5000mAh battery with 18W fast charging, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, and NFC support. The phone will also run on Android 13 with HiOS v13.x out of the box.
Pricing
The Tecno Spark 20C is expected to be priced at $129 for the 4GB/128GB version and $139 for the 8GB/128GB version.
The Tecno Spark 20 is expected to be priced at $174 for the 8GB/128GB version and $185 for the 8GB/256GB version. Both devices are expected to be launched in multiple regions very soon.
