Tecno, the company which is based on Transsion has released the Lite version of the Spark 4. There is Spark 4 Lite now. As with the Tecno’s tradition, every smartphone they release usually has Lite version. Their aim is to target more budget friendly folks who doesn’t desire much in a phone but a phone that can perform some basic tasks. The Spark 4 Lite comes with the same specificications as the Spark 4 but changes in RAM configuration and camera.
The standard Spark 4 comes with a lot of RAM configurations, there is 2GB of RAM, 3GB of RAM and a 4GB of RAM. In terms of internal storage capacity, there is two options which are 32GB and 64GB. Now, the Spark 4 Lite comes with only one configuration which is a 2GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. They also differ in camera aspect. The Spark 4 comes with a triple camera lenses which are a 13MP camera, 2MP camera and a QVGA low light camera. On the front, it has an 8MP selfie camera.
On the other hand, this Spark 4 Lite comes with only a single rear camera which is an 8MP camera while on the front it has the same 8MP camera for selfies or video calls. Other specifications of this smartphone correlate with the Spark 4 such as a 6.52inch HD+ display with a resolution of 720 by 1600 pixels. It has a dot notch cutout which houses the selfie camera and has a 79.3% screen to body ratio. The Tecno Spark 4 Lite is powered by the MediaTek Helio A22 SoC which has a quad core processor clocked at 2.0GHz.
For graphics or gaming, there is a PowerVR GE8320 GPU responsible for the task. What is keeping the light on, making all this specifications listed here to function very is a 4000mAh battery but it doesn’t support fast charging. It charges normally like it’s bigger brother, the Spark 4. The smartphone is currently unavailable in Nigeria but it will be available soon. No price listed but we expect it to be priced at N37,000 Naira.
