The Spark 8 is the latest of all Tecno’s Spark-series. But how does this new comer compare with her previous two generations? This post will provide key specs comparison between the older Tecno Spark 6, the Spark 7 and the latest Tecno Spark 8.
Note however, that there are more variants in the Spark 7-series, and there will be more naming options in the Spark 8-series as well. This was not the case with the Spark 6. So unlike the 7 and 8, which were the beginning options in their respective series, the vanilla Spark 6 was the top model for it series.

Comparison summary
Even though the comparison is between the vanilla models, the Spark 6 is the better option in the table above, and can even take down the Spark 7P.
As for the Spark 7 and the Spark 8, the 7 seems to have upper hand in the battery segment, and it seems cheaper too.
The only area the Spark 8 stand a chance of consideration is in design, but that will depend heavily on personal preferences. Glossy material is no go area for me, hence Spark 7 still win for me in that segment.
