Thomson, the first Indian manufacturer to produce Google Licensed QLED TVs in the country has just announced its biggest TV launch of the year. Thomson unveiled three QLED TVs in the Indian market. The three new smart TVs feature Dolby Atmos, Dolby Vision, and two 20W speakers.

These new QLED TVs are completely frameless. They come fully loaded with Dolby Vision with HDR 10+, Dolby Atmos, Dolby Digital Plus, Bezel-less design, 40W Dolby Audio Stereo Box Speakers.

The new Thomson QLED TV offers a 2GB RAM, and 16GB ROM. Has dual band of 2.4 + 5GHz, Wi-Fi, Google Tv and much more. The new TVs come in different sizes which include 50-inches, 55-inches, and 65-inches respectively.

Coming to the chip, the three Thompson are equipped with the MediaTek MT9602 quad-core processor with the Mali-G52 MC1 GPU. Also, they have Google TV compatibility.

They have the voice remote support that has Netflix, Prime Video, and YouTube shortcuts. You can also enable your smartphone to use as a Google TV remote with these TVs.

Thomson will continue its efforts to tap the vast untapped market potential that India presents. Offering something for everybody, the brand will continue to deliver upon its promise to provide Friendly Technology.

Furthermore, Thomson QLED TVs have supports for Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity, 3 HDMI ports (including one ARC), 2 USB ports, AV input, Ethernet, and S/PDIF ports.

Talking about the cost of the Thomson QLED TVs, since they’re in three size models, we also have varying prices. The high-end 65-inch model will sell at Rs. 59,999 ($753.21). The lower 55-inch model costs Rs. 40,999 ($514.69), and then the 50-inches will retail at Rs. 33,999 ($426.81). For now, there is no specific release date for the new TVs yet, though we suspect they would be out before the festive season, and could be available on Flipkart soon.
