The Vivo company has teased a lot of product that will be launching on September 16th and recently the Vivo company’s OS “Funtouch” has shared a video online revealing the new Funtouch OS 9.1 that is fast approaching.

The date in which the Funtouch OS 9.1 will be launched has not been announced yet and the company has also teased a new TWS earphones that will be launched on Monday alongside the Vivo Nex 3 so we actually think that the Funtouch OS 9.1 will also be launched that same day.

When it comes to software updates, Vivo has always been known for their uninspiring Chinese OEMs, even its sister OPPO which doesn’t have a very good track record itself, can be considered ways ahead in that regard.

Vivo’s FuntouchOS 9 was released with the vivo X27 in March this year, with 72 new features, 55 interactive optimizations, and 263 UI improvements. Vivo also introduced a true system-wide dark mode, new icons, Always-On Display, and many other features with the update

So this new Funtouch OS announcement is certainly astonishing but most welcome and the other confusing thing is that some Vivo handsets like the Vivo Z1X (India) and Vivo Z5 has already been launched with Funtouch OS 9.1, all latest Vivo Smartphone comes ready with Android 9.0 Pie.

So maybe we could see an update roadmap for Android 10.0 with regards to the company’s latest product portfolio.
