HiSense has just began selling her Infinity H60 5G smartphone in South Africa. This was confirmed by a short promotional video uploaded to Vodacom SA’s official YouTube channel, revealing the pricing of the device in South Africa.

According to the video, the HiSense Infinity H60 5G will be offered on a 2-year contract basis, at a monthly spends of 349 South African Rand. The package comes with 1-Gigs of data allowance, along with Hisense’s U963 4G entry-level smartphone, valued at 649 Rand and a one-time free screen replacement offer.

Recall that HiSense listed the Infinity H60 smartphone on the company’s international website back on the 21st of February, revealing the spec prowess of the phone. In South Africa, the H60 is the company second 5G smartphone, and it is the direct successor to the Infinity H50-series launched in the country last year.

The device comes in a 6.6-inches curved screen, with 1080 x 2412 pixels and an IPS screen. It is powered by Dimensity 810 5G SoC from MediaTek, offering 8-core CPUs @2.2GHz. The model has 8GB RAM and a 128-Gigs of built-in ROM, with space for SD-Card expansion.

For the optics, there are four lenses on the rear of the H60. These includes a 64-megapixel main lens, interpolated to 108-megapixel, 5-megapixel ultrawide lens, 2-megapixel depth and a fourth 2-megapixel macro sensor, along with dual LED flash. The phone has two selfie lenses on the front, of which the main shooter is a 16-megapixel lens.

The rear of the phone is textured, something reminiscent to leather, but there is not enough information to confirm either it is real leather back, or mere plastic design. The phone has dual 4G/5G SIM support, has a 4200mAh battery with 30W fast charger, and preloaded with Google Android 11 OS out of the box.
