Yet to be announced Infinix Zero 5G is now on sales in Nigeria with a 170k price tag

Price of upcoming Infinix Zero 5G has been revealed by a Nigerian e-Commerce website ahead of it official announcement. As per the online platform, the Infinix Zero 5G will be priced at N169,500 Nigerian Naira, and it seems to be available for purchase already.

The Zero 5G as the name implies, is going to be Infinix’s first 5G smartphone, and should be announced in Africa, and some Asian countries within the next couple of days. Although the company is yet to revealed the exact date of the official announced, but the existence and eminent launched of the same has been confirmed by multiple of her regional social handles including Nigeria and Kenya.

From what we’ve known so far, the Zero 5G is expected to come with MediaTek Dimensity 900 5G CPU, and fueled by a 5000mAh battery with 33W fast charger. It will will boot Google Android 11 out of the box, and will come with 8GB RAM with a 128-Gigs of internal ROM. All the above will housed in a 6.7-inches IPS screen, and the phone will have three unknown snappers on the rear.

As for the credibility of the eCommerce platform where the device is spotted, Slot.ng has been consistent when it comes to official smartphone pricing in Nigeria, but same can not be said about the accuracy of their listed specs. In fact, except for an already announced mobile phone with ready specs available on other site, Slot mobile will not get the specs right.

This is true even with the listed specs of the Zero 5G, which looks like a mere duplicate of the specs of Zero X Pro, except for the added description confirming Dimensity 900. Also, proper image of the phone is not included, but we’ll get to know more when it goes official within the coming days.
