Chinese smartphone manufacturer ZTE has started selling its latest entry-level device, the ZTE Blade V40 Design, in Malaysia. The device features a 6.6-inch FHD+ display with a resolution of 2408 x 1080 pixels and is powered by the UNISOC Tiger T616 1.8GHz octa-core processor with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, which can be expanded using a microSD card.
One of the highlights of the ZTE Blade V40 Design is its triple camera setup at the back, which includes a 50-megapixel main camera along with 2-megapixel macro and depth sensors.
The front camera is an 8-megapixel shooter. The device is 7.98mm thin and features a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, an earphone terminal, and a USB Type-C connection terminal.
The device runs on Google Android 12 and is available in Sky Blue and Starry Black colors. It is priced at 649 MYR, an equivalent of $146. The device is currently on preorder via Shopee.com.my and will ship after 7 days. It supports dual SIM, VoLTE, and NFC, and is compatible with 4G LTE networks.
