There is a new entry level device from Huawei that is coming up very soon. Android Headlines has shared the upcoming Huawei phone dubbed the Huawei Y6s.

The standard Huawei Y6 was released in March this year and this Y6s seems to be the smaller version of it. It is codenamed Jakarta and it comes with a waterdrop notch cut-out.

Looking at the image of the phone, you can see that it has a big chin which is enough to house the Huawei inscription. It might debut with a 6.1inch display with an HD+ resolution.

The rear of the smartphone houses a single 13MP camera and underneath it is an LED Flash with a fingerprint scanner. The chipset that will be powering the device is not known yet, but it could be coming with a 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. Aside from this, no other details of the phone is known.

Android Headlines also shared another model codenamed Merida which is likely going to be the pro version of the Huawei Y6s, though it’s exact moniker is not yet confirmed.

The front of the phone has a waterdrop notch cut-out and there is a dual cameras at the rear. The led flash is place in-between the camera. We can’t see a fingerprint scanner on the back, maybe it will feature an in-display fingerprint scanner or it won’t come with it at all.
