The Xiaomi 16 series has been spotted on the China Compulsory Certification (3C) platform, offering an early look at what to expect from the upcoming lineup. The new devices are anticipated to launch in China around late September or early October. According to the listing, three models will support 100W wired fast charging. The series is expected to include the regular Xiaomi 16, Xiaomi 16 Pro, Xiaomi 16 Ultra, and a new compact edition. All models are said to run on Qualcomm’s next-generation Snapdragon flagship chipset.

Xiaomi 16 Series Specifications (Leaked)

Well-known tipster Digital Chat Station shared that three Xiaomi phones, carrying the model numbers 25098PN5AC, 2509FPN0BC, and 25113PN0EC, have been certified on the 3C website. These devices are believed to correspond to the Xiaomi 16, Xiaomi 16 Pro, and the newly rumored Xiaomi 16 Pro Mini. Each of them is tipped to feature 100W wired charging support. Reports suggest that the Pro Mini will serve as a premium compact variant with specifications close to the Pro model.

The Xiaomi 16 Ultra is also part of the series but has yet to make an appearance on the 3C site. This top-tier device is expected to debut alongside the rest of the lineup during the official launch.

According to early leaks, both the standard Xiaomi 16 and the Pro Mini may feature 6.3-inch displays, while the Pro could sport a larger 6.8-inch screen. The Xiaomi 16 and 16 Pro are rumored to include a triple rear camera arrangement, headlined by a 50-megapixel primary sensor measuring 1/1.3 inches. They could also feature a 50-megapixel selfie camera for photography and video calls.

Under the hood, the entire series will likely be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 chipset, which is yet to be officially announced. The standard Xiaomi 16 might pack a substantial 7,000mAh battery with 100W wired charging. For comparison, last year’s Xiaomi 15 offered a 5,400mAh battery, while the Pro version carried a 6,100mAh cell. Both supported 90W wired and 50W wireless charging, showing a noticeable jump in capacity and charging speed for the new lineup.
