iQOO continues to reveal more information about the upcoming iQOO Z11 ahead of its India launch. The company has already confirmed details about the phone’s processor, display, battery, and AI features. Now, its official landing pages on iQOO and Amazon have provided additional information about the camera system, software support, and durability.
iQOO Z11 camera and software details revealed
The iQOO Z11 will feature a 50 megapixel Sony IMX882 primary camera with optical image stabilization, paired with an 8 megapixel ultra wide camera. On the front, the smartphone will include a 32 megapixel camera for selfies and video calls. The addition of OIS should help produce steadier images, particularly when shooting in low light or while capturing moving subjects.

The Z11 will also become the first smartphone in iQOO’s Z series to receive three years of Android updates and five years of security updates. It will ship with Android 16 based OriginOS 6 and include several AI tools previously announced by iQOO, such as AI Captions, AI Creation, AI Routing, Conversation Memory, and Circle to Search. Students will also have access to unlimited AI credits for AI Captions and AI Creation.
For thermal management, the phone will use a vapor chamber cooling system intended to keep temperatures under control during gaming and other demanding tasks. It will also carry IP68 and IP69 ratings for protection against dust and water.
The iQOO Z11 will be available in Celestial Blue and Aurora Green. Its previously confirmed 6.83 inch curved AMOLED display will offer a 144Hz refresh rate, up to 2,000 nits of HBM brightness, and a local peak brightness of 3,000 nits. Other major specifications include the Dimensity 7500 Turbo chipset and a 7,050mAh battery.
iQOO has also confirmed that the smartphone will be available with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. The Z11 is scheduled to launch in India on August 20, with its price expected to be around Rs 35,000, placing it comfortably within the sub Rs 40,000 category.
With three Android updates and five years of security support, the Z11’s long-term value depends on how its camera hardware and software policy compare with similarly priced rivals in India.
