iQOO which is Vivo’s sub brand has announced a new smartphone which is the iQOO Neo 855+ or iQOO Neo racing edition. The smartphone is the successor of the recent iQOO Neo 855, it now comes with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 855+ SoC, 4,500mAh battery capacity, triple rear cameras and a Full HD+ display. It’s predecessor was launched in October this year and that’s about a month ago.

It comes in two variants which are 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage or 12GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage variant is priced at Rs 26,333 while the 12GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage is priced at Rs 28,357. There are three colour options to choose from which are Iceland Aurora, Carbon Black and Light Mint colours.

As far as specifications is concerned, on the front, it has a 6.38-inch display, it’s a Full HD+ display which means it has a resolution of 1080 by 2340 pixels, the device has a PPI of 404 and 19:5:9 aspect ratio. It’s a Super AMOLED panel screen with 83.3% screen to body ratio. Under the hood, it is powered by Snapdragon 855+ Chip which has an Octa core processor clocked at 2.96GHz, it runs on Android 9 pie with Funtouch OS 9 out of the box and Adreno 640 for graphics or gaming. The processor is also paired with an 8gb RAM and 128gb of internal storage or 12gb of RAM and 128gb of internal storage.

In terms of camera, this device spot a triple rear cameras which are the 12mp camera with f/1.8 aperture accompanied by a led flash, 8mp wide lens with f/2.2 aperture and a 2mp depth sensor with f/2.4 aperture. On the front, it has a 16mp selfie shooter with f/2.0 aperture. The rear camera shoots video in 4k and 1080 pixels while the front camera only shoot in 1080 pixels.

What is keeping the light on is a 4,500mAh Li-Po battery which supports fast charging upto 33W.
