All you need to know about Tecno Spark 9T, Spark 9 Pro and their prices in Nigeria

Tecno has officially announced her Spark 9T and Spark 9 Pro in Nigeria as the company’s latest offers in the Spark series. The design and looks of both phones are not two far from each other, but they are both powered by different CPUs.

Starting from the screen, both the Spark 9T, and the Spark 9 Pro comes in a 6.6-inches screen with a dewdrop notch on the front, but while the 9T is given 720p screen, the 9 Pro has 1080p display.

On the inside, the 9 Pro is powered by MediaTek Helio G85 octa-core CPU from MediaTek, while the Spark 9T is given a smaller Helio G37 8-core CPU. The Pro model has 4/6GB RAM with 128GB ROM, while the ‘T’ model has 4GB RAM with either 64/128GB ROM.

Coming to the camera department, the Spark 9T has 13-megapixel main lens, along with 2-megapixel depth sensor, and a third QGVA sensor. The 9 Pro on the other hand is given a 50-megapixel primary sensor on the rear, along with 2MP depth and a QVGA AI lens, while a larger 32-megapixel selfie shooter is used on the front.

Coming to the battery compartment, both phones has a 5000mAh battery power, but while the 9T is given just 10W charger, the 9 Pro is pegged with 18W faster charger, and both charges via USB Type-C.

As for pricing and availability, both the Spark 9 Pro and Spark 9T are already available for purchase in Nigeria. For pricing, the Spark 9T begins from N78,300 for the 4GB RAM + 64G ROM, while the 4GB RAM and 128GB ROM is pegged at N88,000. The 4GB RAM version of the Spark 9 Pro on the other hand is priced at N99,000.

Both phones are available in multiple color options, and dual Nano-SIM cards with 4G LTE network is available on both sides. As far as OS is concerned, both the Spark 9T and Spark 9 Pro boot Google Android 12 out of the box.
