Doogee has introduced the latest addition to its budget smartphone lineup, the Doogee N55 Plus. Available now for purchase, this device follows the release of its predecessors, the Doogee N55 and Doogee N55 Pro, which hit the market earlier last month.
The Doogee N55 Plus comes with a memory configuration of 8GB RAM and 128GB storage, distinguishing it from the Doogee N55‘s 4GB RAM and 128GB storage, and the Doogee N55 Pro‘s 6GB RAM and 256GB storage. Apart from these differences in memory and storage, the color options vary across the three models.
In terms of specifications, the Doogee N55 Plus shares many features with its siblings. It is powered by the modest Unisoc T606 chipset and a Mali-G52 GPU. The device sports a 6.56-inch screen with a resolution of 720×1612 pixels, yielding a pixel density of 269 ppi. The screen refresh rate is slightly enhanced at 90 Hz.
The battery life is a notable aspect, featuring a 5150 mAh battery, though it supports only 10W charging. The camera setup is basic, with an 8 MP front camera and a 13 MP rear camera. Despite the multiple camera lenses on the back, significant improvements in functionality are not expected.
Lacking an NFC module and a fingerprint scanner, the Doogee N55 Plus is priced at $109.99, making it an affordable option for consumers. The Doogee N55 is available at a slightly lower price point, while the Doogee N55 Pro is priced higher due to its enhanced features.
