User Reviews and Opinions

  1. I bought E50 Hisense the only problem here I am getting frustrated since I have to use only MTN for sim1 data why it’s dual but there’s a sim this people thinks we are stupid

    • That means you bought an MTN network locked phone…so it’ll only use sin slot 1 for mtn only…sim 2 can be any network but works if sim 1 mtn

  2. Bought hisense e50 lite and its said to have dual sim but there is one slot for sim and an sd card slot.Where do i put sim2?

  3. I bought it two days ago but it gives me problems with wifi. It connect but respond with dialogue box like that says “connected but no internet, do you want to connect? Yes or No?

    Have one encountered such?

  4. I got the same phone. My only problem is the phones light keeps on going on when the phone is moved, touch or shaken. Please can someone assist me please

    • The light that turns on by itself is a feature in most recent Android phones. It is called “Lift to check phone”. The purpose is to help you check time, date, notifications or to trigger face unlock when you pick up your phone. To disable it, go to Settings => Display => Advance => Lock screen => Lift to check phone, then flip the icon grey. You can also check Smart Assistant, under Smart Controls.

  5. It’s less than a year since i bought my E50 Lite the battery is already dead. It just switches off at anytime. Were can i get replacement battery.
