Honor 30 Pro is the latest smartphones under Huawei’s owned Honor sub-brand. The device follows the built and design language of the recently launched Huawei P40-series. The device comes in a 6.57-inch display, with 1080 x 2340 pixels resolution. The display being OLED, has a pill-notch to the top left corner of the device housing dual front facing camera.
Under the hood, the Honor 30 Pro is powered by the HiSilicon Kirin 990 CPU with 7nm+ EUV processor, comprising of a dual-core 2.86 GHz Cortex-A76, dual-core 2.36 GHz Cortex-A76 and a quad-core 1.95 GHz Cortex-A55 CPUs, along with Mali-G76 MP16 GPU. There is a single 8GB RAM option pegged with 128/256 GB expandable internal memory.
There are four camera sensors at the main, the main sensor is a 40-megapixel unit featuring f/1.8 aperture, PDAF, Laser AF and OIS. The additional three auxiliary sensors include a 16 MP superwide lens, 8 MP telephoto shooter with 5x optical zoom and a fourth 2 MP depth sensor. At the front, there is a dual 32MP + 8 MP selfie shooter with HDR and 2160p recording support.
Power is supplied by a 4000mAh battery with 40W fast charging. The device is available in Black, Green and Blue colors. It has an in-screen fingerprint scanner, has support for dual SIM with 5G/4G/3G networks, and run on Android 10 with Magic UI 3.1 and Huawei Mobile Services.
