iQOO U3 5G is the newest smartphone in the vivo’s IQOO U-series. It comes in a 6.58-inch display with 1080 x 2408 pixels resolution. Above the display, there is a dewdrop notch housing the selfie camera. The display technology is IPS panel, and it comes with 90Hz refresh rating as well.
On the inside, there is a 2.4GHz octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 800U, with 7nm process and Mali-G57 MC3 GPU. Memory options include either 6GB or 8GB RAM with 128GB expandable internal storage.
On the camera department, you are getting two sensors at the back, comprising of a 48-megapixel main shooter with f/1.8 aperture, and 2-megapixel depth sensor with f2.4 aperture, along with a single LED flash. For the selfie, there is a single 20-megapixel snapper in the notch upfront, featuring face beautification and AI-FaceID.
