Hello Sir/madam, I have a problem using my ItelP13 it doesn’t show the incomiming calls, I just see missed calls atferwards.
Even if I hold my phone in the hands I only hear the ring tone and vibration.
I can’t locate the caller anywhere in order to answer the call. What should I do? Please find me a solution. Thank you for your service.

Next time go to the dialer and you will see it
But if you want it to display as normal then reset the phone to factory
