The Tecno Camon 17 Premier is the top model in the 17-series, and the direct successor to the 16 Premier of last year. The model is not announced yet, but here are what we know so far. The Camon 17 Premier will be powered by MediaTek Helio G95 CPU, and will have 8GB RAM as well. We still don’t know the actual screen size, but expect a minimum of 6.8 or even larger with confirmed 1080 x 2460 pixels and 90Hz refresh.
Unlike the other Camon 17 models, the premier edition will have a side mounted fingerprint scanner, and we won’t be surprise if we see above 64-megapixel main snapper. Althoug camera specification is still not confirmed.
Based on one of our earlier article, the rear of the Camon 17 Premier might look just like the standard Camon 17, except that fingerprint scanner is repositioned to the side of the phone.
The device will use a rear placed fingerprint scanner, and will support dual Nano-SIM with 4G LTE network. We are expecting between 4500/5000mAh battery with 33W fast charging, and USB Type-C should be present as well, while Google Android 11 with HiOS v7.6 will boot out of the box. The full specs of the Tecno Camon 17 Premier is contained in the table below.
