Overview

UMiDIGI A9 Max is the higher version of the vanilla A9 Pro launched back in 2020. The new A9 Max has almost similar specs with the older model, except that it comes with 8GB RAM and a the latest Android 11 OS. The display remains a 6.3-inch Full-HD+ panel with 1080 x 2340 pixels resolution, using same U-shaped notch above the screen

The A9 Max will runs on MediaTek MT6771V/C CPU, also known as Helio P60, an octa-core processor clocked at 2.0 GHz, along with Mali-G72 MP3 GPU.

On the optics, you are getting four camera modules at the back, with the main snapper being a 48-megapixel unit, assisted by three other auxiliary lenses which includes a 16-megapixel ultrawide lens, and dual 5-megapixel depth and macro lenses. For selfie, there is a single 24-megapixel snapper in the notch upfront.

Like it predecessor, you are still getting a rear placed fingerprint scanner, same 4150mAh battery with 10W charger, dual 4G VoLTE enable SIMs and the latest Android 11 out of the box. Other key specifications and silent features of UMiDIGI A9 Max are detailed in the specification table below.
