The Vivo Y17 is a mid-range smartphone, targeted at budget minded folks. Despite being targeted at budget minded users. The device offers specs and features enough to stand you out among the crowd. It comes with a 6.35-inch IPS HD+ display with 720 x 1548 pixels resolution. The Y17 uses a 19.5:9 aspect ratio and protect by Asahi Glass. Under the hood, there is an Octa-core MediaTek MT6765 Helio P35 CPU, clocked at 2.3GHz, along with PowerVR GE8320 GPU, a 4GB RAM and 128GB internal storage, expandable via microSD card.
Interestingly, the device packs a triple rear camera setup of 13-megapixel main sensor, 8-megapixel Wide-angle lense, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor, couple with a single LED flash. Upfront, Vivo made use of a larger 20-megapixel sensor to cater for selfie and video chats.
What’s more? The device also comes with a rear placed fingerprint scanner and AI FaceID. There’s dual nano-SIMs with support for 4G LTE network on both SIMs. As mentioned above, the Y17 is powered by a 5000mAh battery, and runs Android 9.0 Pie out of the box.
