The Taiwanese company, HTC, has just unveiled a new blockchain smartphone dubbed as HTC Exodus 1s. It is a worthy upgrade from it’s predecessor because it now comes with a crypto tips and tricks.
Unfortunately, details about the smartphone are rather scarce on HTC’s website, it can be ordered for €219, but HTC didn’t make clear if customers can use “outdated” money to fund the smartphone or if they will convert the price to a cryptocurrency, just like they did with the first Exodus.
For specs, it comes with a 5.7 inch HD+ display which is a 720 by 1520 resolution and 18:9 aspect ratio. It is powered by the old Snapdragon 435 Chipset paired with a 4GB of RAM and 64GB ROM, you can extend the storage via a Micro SD card and it runs on Android 8.0 Oreo.
In terms of camera, this smartphone spot a single rear camera which is a 13MP PDAF camera, on the front, it spot a 13mp camera which doesn’t include Auto-Focus functionality but has an LED flash. Other features include Two SIM card slots with 4G plus 3G dual standby, Wi-Fi ac, Bluetooth 4.1.
There’s no USB Type-C port, just a standard micro-USB. At least it includes a 3.5mm headphone jack, for the lovers of the analog port and what is keeping the light on is a 3000mAh battery.
