Huawei has announced the Nova 11i smartphone in South Africa. The device is a model in the recently released Nova 11 series, and it features a large 6.8-inch TFT LCD touchscreen with a 90Hz refresh rate, 1080 x 2388 pixels resolution and dotted notch on the head.

The device is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 4G chipset. This is the same familiar octa-core SoC featuring 4×2.4GHz Kryo 265 Gold and 4×1.9GHz Kryo 265 Silver with Adreno 610 GPU.

The Nova 11i is powered by a 5000mAh battery, featuring 40W wired fast charging. It is available in a single storage option, which includes 128GB of internal storage paired with 8GB RAM, with the option to expand up to 1TB via microSD card.

On the camera wing, the Nova 11i features a dual rear camera with a 48MP main sensor and a 2MP macro sensor, as well as a 16MP front-facing camera. The device has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, and it support dual Nano SIMs with 4G networks on both cards.

The Nova 11i is available in Starry Black and Mint Green colors, and will go on sale in South Africa this month of May with an asking price of around 319 USD.
