Transion owned Infinix and Tecno mobile unveiled their first ever smartphone with pop-up selfie sensors few days or weeks back. From Tecno’s factory came Camon 15 Pro which was launched on the 20th of February, 2020. The device was the company’s second phone to run on the Mediatek Helio P35, after being heavily rumored to come with Qualcomm Snapdragon CPU and a pop-up selfie camera. Well, we didn’t get a Snapdragon CPU, but the selfie sensor did popped.
Then Infinix Mobility joined same pop-up bandwagon on the 6th of March with their S5 Pro, running on same Mediatek Helio P35 CPU. Both device runs on the latest Google Android 10, and both are targeted at same marketing segments and regions. So if you are searching for a mid-range smartphone with pop-up selfie camera, chances are, the Infinix S5 Pro and the Tecno camon 15 Pro might fall into your search radar, which is why you need to know the key differences between the two.

Infinix S5 Pro vs Camon 15 Comparison Summary
I don’t know if I will be able to truly answer the headline question of which of these two device actually pops out. Of course, both device does pop, at least their front camera does pop-out. But which of the two actually stands out?
From the table above, the Camon 15 Pro has the upper hands. It has 6GB RAM and a larger 128GB internal storage. It has four cameras sensors at back, and the selfie lens is a 32 MP unit, different from the triple rear sensors and the 16 MP selfie lens used on the S5 Pro.
But then, there is the price factor, which I think is the major weakness of the Tecno Camon 15 Pro. For comparison sake, the pricing for Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro Max launched yesterday starts around same $200 mark, and trust me, Redmi Note 9 Pro and the Camon 15 Pro are not even in same league.
