Coolpad is reportedly working on a new smartphone, purported to be the direct successor to the Cool 20. As per reports, the device will be called Coolpad COOL 20 Pro and it will be powered by the Dimensity 900 5G CPU from MediaTek.
Few key specs and the outward looks of phone has already been revealed by TENAA. Furthermore, a Geekbench listing also confirmed few specs of the upcoming device. And according to the listing, the COOL 20 Pro will be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 900 SoC, and will run Android 11 out of the box.
From the image above, the design language might not look too different from the current Cool 20. The device may likely offer three camera modules on the rear, and the primary lens might be cranked up to 50-megapixel.
Other key specs revealed by TENAA includes a 6.59-inch FHD+ LCD screen with a dewdrop notch, and a battery capacity capped at 4,400mAh.
The device will come in an 8.3mm body thickness, and will weigh about 193g. Coolpad officials have already confirmed that the Cool 20 Pro will debut on the first of December, which is about 9-days from today.
