A distributor database has revealed that Nokia is working on a new phone dubbed the Nokia 2.3. This will succeed the previous entry level device from Nokia which is the Nokia 2.2. According to the distributor database, the smartphone has a model number of TA-1206 and it will arrive in three colours which are “Sand”, “Cyan Green” and “Charcoal” (maybe brown, turquoise or black).
Before the launch of Nokia 7.2, it was leaked in the distributor database and finally, after the launch, it really came with the specs we saw on the distributor database, this made the source legit.
No information about the Nokia 2.3 is known but speculations had it to come with a MediaTek’s Helio A22, and Bluetooth 5.0. As we are seeing it, it won’t differ much from the previous Nokia 2.2.
To recall, the Nokia 2.2 comes with a 5.71-inch HD+ resolution display. It is powered by a MediaTek Helio A22 processor SoC coupled with 2GB or 3GB of RAM and 16GB or 32GB of expandable internal storage.
It is fuelled by a 3000mAh battery which supports 5W MicroUSB charging. There is a 13MP f/2.2 rear camera and a 5MP front camera which supports face unlock and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
