Nokia 7.1; HMD Global Trying Out Artifical Intelligence Technology
The Nokia 7.1 and Nokia 7.1 Plus are both expected to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 SoC. This chip is AI certified, and as such, you get dual-rear facing cameras loaded with artificial intelligence features.
Upfront, the Nokia 7.1 / 7.1 Plus will pack 6-inch Full-HD+ display. The device will also provide 4/6GB RAM and 64GB internal storage, while a convention fingerprint scanner seats at the back of the phone.
In today news, the Nokia 7.1 /7.1 Plus has surfaced online in the name of ‘Nokia Phoenix.’ The leaked hands-on image interestingly enough shows the device in a brand new color. The leak also confirms some of the aforementioned physical specs, like the center placed dual rear cameras, and of course the rear-mounted fingerprint scanner.
In another story, it is said that the device might come in two variants; one with a notch which is the Nokia 7.1 Plus and another one without the notch which will be the Nokia 7.1.
Though the Chinese version of the Nokia 7.1/ 7.1 Plus might be named as X7, the global version will be launched under Android One program and there are chanced that it might run on Android 9.0 Pie right out of the box. Either way, we will know more details in the coming months.
