OnePlus has launched its latest smartwatch, the OnePlus Watch 2 along with the OnePlus Tablet Pro. Priced competitively at 1,799 yuan (approximately $264 USD), the Watch 2 positions itself as a budget-friendly alternative to the OPPO Watch X, which is currently priced around $300.

Despite the attractive price tag, the OnePlus Watch 2 boasts a feature set that caters to everyday users with a focus on fitness and functionality.

OnePlus Watch 2: Specifications and Features

The core of the OnePlus Watch 2 is the Qualcomm Snapdragon W5 Gen 1 processor, paired with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of storage. This combination gives you smooth performance for running apps and tracking workouts. The watch also includes a dedicated 4GB eMMC RTOS ROM for system operation.

The display is a 1.43-inch circular OLED panel with a resolution of 466 x 466 pixels. With a maximum brightness of 600 nits, the display offers clear visibility even outdoors.

A key highlight of the OnePlus Watch 2 is its battery life. OnePlus claims the 500mAh battery can last up to 4 days in full smart mode and an impressive 12 days in power saving mode on a single charge. The watch also supports VOOC magnetic contact fast charging, which can reportedly refill the battery to 100% in just 60 minutes.

The OnePlus Watch 2 comes in two color options: Meteorite Black and Nebula Green. The watch features a lightweight aluminum alloy frame, weighing just 37 grams. Built-in GPS allows users to track workouts and navigate their surroundings, while NFC support enables contactless payments.

For fitness enthusiasts, the OnePlus Watch 2 offers over 100 sports monitoring modes to track a variety of activities. It is also water-resistant up to 5ATM, making it suitable for wearing during exercise or light swimming.
