The full specs and design of the upcoming OPPO A54 5G mobile phone have been listed online. The device will unsurprisingly inherit the looks of the OPPO A93 5G mobile phone launched back in 2020, and will even sport same CPU, but there will be few notable changes in the camera specs and the storage setup, the most surprising thing though is that the phone will be officially released after May of 2021 (more on that later).
So on the A54 5G, you are getting a 6.5-inches display with FHD+ res. The screen is IPS, and it will retain a dot-notch on the front. As for the camera, you are getting same setup on the A93 5G of last year, but there is an additional 8-megapixel ultrawide angel lens. Additionally, the frontal snapper will be a 16-megapixel lens.
The CPU power comes from the aforementioned Qualcomm Snapdragon 480 Chip @2.0GHz. The model will have 4GB RAM and 64GB built-in storage, but provide support for external SD-card upto 512GB, a missing feature on the A93 5G.

The OPPO A54 5G will come in two colors; a Fantastic purple and a Silver black variant, and it is listed to be available after May 2021. Note that this date refers to regional availability as the device is only listed on au.com, and not officially announced yet. But OPPO could introduced this A54 5G in other region before the stated date.
