OPPO just pulled the wrap off her A77 5G smartphone. The model has even gone on sales in Thailand, and as far as looks and specs goes, not much has changed between the new A77 5G, and the smaller A57 5G which was announced back in May.
As far as specifications goes, you are still getting the same 6.56-inches screen with 720 x 1612 pixels. The screen is still got a dewdrop notch, and the same 8-megapixel lens from the A57 is housed in there. Although, the screen on the new comer now support 90Hz refresh.
On the inside, the OPPO A77 5G is powered by MediaTek MT6833P CPU, aka Dimensity 810. It is backed by Mali-G57 GPU, 6GB RAM and a 128-Gigs of built-in storage.
Where the major difference lies between the A77 5G and the older A57 5G is in camera and battery specs. Although you are getting dual camera arrangement on both phone, the primary snapper on the A77 5G is maxed at 48-megapixel, instead of the 13-megapixel main lens on the A57 5G.
As for the battery specs, both phones are given a 5000mAh built-in battery. But while the A57 5G has just 10W charger, the A77 5G is given 33W charger. The model support Ultra-Linear Stereo Speakers for better sound output.
