OPPO A93 now official in Nigeria, priced at 125,000

OPPO Mobile have officially introduced the A93 in Nigeria as promised. The device is the direct successor the the OPPO A92 announced earlier in May of 2020, and comes in a 6.43-inches display, has 8GB RAM, 128GB internal storage and priced @125,000 Naira in Nigeria.

The four major upgrade in the OPPO A93 over the A92 includes the use of a more powerful Mediatek Helio P95 octa-core CPU, which comes clocked at 2.2GHz along with PowerVR GM9446 GPU. The A92 has Snapdragon 665 CPU.

Secondly the A93 has a dual selfie camera of 16 MP main selfie lens and a secondary 2 MP depth lens at the front, the A92 has a single 16MP lens at the front. Thirdly, the side fingerprint scanner is now hosted inside the display, and finally, the display itself is now Super AMOLED panel, instead of the IPS panel on the A92.

The rear camera setup includes a 48-megapixel main lens, pegged with 8MP wide snapper, and a dual 2MP depth lenses. Battery power is reduce to a 4000mAh unit, but supports same 18W fast charging via USB-C port, while the device boot Color OS v7.2 based on Android 10 out of the box.

The A93 comes in Matte Black and Magic Blue colors. The device is currently on sales via official OPPO store, and will be available through both online and offline dealer partners. As for pricing, the OPPO A93 costs N125,000 in Nigeria.
